In December 2007 The Shaw Group was selected again as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. This is the seventh consecutive year and The Shaw Group has been designated a member of the prestigious Platinum Club.

In April 2000, the Shaw Group’s Chairman, Allan Shaw, was designated as one of the region’s Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Business Magazine. He was also Atlantic Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 and was inducted into the Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame in 2003.
